Skipping Exercise
A way to go on the skipping but it keeps me sane.
WFH in lockdown has been as slog at times. Easy to stay in the jammies. If it wasn’t for the trips to the fridge my step count would be sub 100 some days.
A random mix of skipping, krav maga, running, rowing, cycling and the occasional badly done pressup has eventually sorted me out.
At mostly we are encouraged to exercise every day. We laugh about our sporting failings in our team meetings.
We may be a #virtual #consultancy but that’s no excuse for being lazy. Exercising every day to keep your head straight is one thing I will take out of ‘this’ time.
Maybe by Christmas I will be able to do what my lockdown friend Adam Luther can do, but will take a bit of time. I found the fridge before him.
