Testimonials

We are so proud to say that we were the inaugural client of Mostly Consulting. It was great fun working with the Mostly team and we really valued their input into helping to shape our organisational review process with specific focus on leading an independent view of our culture. This project was critical in helping us to identify and work on key priority areas, and this important piece of work was undertaken in a way that engaged the whole team – from staff and players to fans and stakeholders.

I am also personally grateful to James for championing our work and the Strathclyde Sirens team, brand and business through his platforms and network, and particularly enjoyed being a guest on his podcast. He’s a natural enthusiast for helping people and businesses to realise their potential.

James supported our recent strategic review of Glasgow Triathlon Club (a registered charity) and helped us formulate our plans to 2025. Glasgow Triathlon Club was formed in the mid 1990’s with the purpose of promoting and developing the sport of triathlon and multi-sport across the Greater Glasgow area. Over the subsequent c. 20 years, the Club has grown to be the largest in Scotland, with a membership in excess of 500, supporting all athletic abilities and age groups in line with its ethos of inclusivity.

James was a the key supporter of our review process - from the creation of a member wide survey to the review of the results with various committee groups and trustees, with a number of steps in between! Always happy to listen but also happy to challenge in the right way at the right time.

The Club is made up of volunteers from a variety of backgrounds, its diversity is one of the Club's greatest assets but can often be a challenge when trying to reach a consensus and formulate a plan - James managed to achieve this with his unique approach, with integrity, honesty and humour in abundance.

James has been successfully assisting BluEnergy in business development. He has identified leads and potential clients which fit our business objectives and then has proactively gone about winning positions with those clients. This has involved James building a detailed understanding of the Energy Transition and where and how BluEnergy’s services add the most value. James is able to use his extensive network and knowledge of the North Sea oil industry to best effect in supporting BluEnergy into this market.

James also brings enormous value to consulting engagements through his facilitation expertise. He has an engaging manner which is leveraged thorough his expert use of digital facilitation tools. This has enabled BluEnergy to deliver workshops and strategic engagements virtually across cultures and time zones.

We are grateful of Mostly Consulting's support to the BluEnergy team and we wouldn't hesitate engaging with them for business development or meeting facilitation support.
