Trust mostly

As the first one into a company, you get the fun task of attempting to win clients’ hearts-and-minds, as well as turning your hand to the drier tasks of writing a #business plan and a culture deck. I jest, that’s actually alright too.

Taking a page out of Netflix ‘s book for a few things when defining “the mostly way” – the name we’re likely to give to our #culture deck. Learned a lot from Netflix when studying culture over the last year or so.

Spent approximately 3 minutes defining the mostly expense policy this morning. Will save a lot of faff and bureaucracy over the months and years ahead.

‘Trust’ is our first core value at mostly. We’ll keep you posted on why in due course. But we referred to it when scribbling this down.
